Hi, I'm Beth Duff a proud spouse and parent to two wonderful kids. Our family dynamic is a lively one, complete with our two lovable cats and two colorful fish. We cherish spending time together and are always up for new adventures—whether it's exploring the outdoors, having nerf gun battles, or simply sharing quality moments at home. Family is the heart of everything I do.
Outside of work, I serve as a coach for the local YMCA, where I get the chance to mentor and inspire kids in our community. Coaching allows me to give back and stay active while fostering teamwork and confidence in young people.

Sabrina is a proud Roanoke Valley native who lives in the area with her husband Josh and their beloved cats. She has a deep-rooted passion for serving her community, regularly volunteering and supporting numerous local organizations in Roanoke and Botetourt Counties. Sabrina’s professional journey is supported by a strong educational foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree from Hollins University and an Associate’s degree from Virginia Western Community College. She also holds P&C (Property & Casualty) and Life insurance licenses and is a certified Notary, enabling her to provide a broad range of services to her customers.
Her path into the insurance industry was profoundly shaped by a personal experience. After losing her mother to lung cancer in 2017, Sabrina saw firsthand how life insurance could provide financial security during difficult times. This experience inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others protect what matters most. Sabrina takes pride in helping her customers save money while ensuring they are safeguarded today so they can confidently plan for their future.
Sabrina’s decision to join the Brent Hershey Agency was equally personal. Brent played a pivotal role in helping her navigate the transition from being on her mother’s insurance to managing her own coverage independently—an experience that extended beyond insurance and set the foundation for her professional growth. Brent’s support and encouragement of her creative marketing and event ideas made joining the agency a natural fit. Together, they have built a team that is not only dedicated to providing exceptional service but also actively involved in community outreach, becoming pillars of connection and support both professionally and personally.

Originally from Michigan, Carrie and her husband Jeff have been happily married for over 30 years. Together, they have built a close-knit family that includes two adult daughters and a son-in-law, all of whom work in the medical field. My name is Kayla; I am a girl mom and a wife. When I am not in the office working you can find me reading a good book or making memories with my family. I love animals and exploring new towns, thrifting and antique shopping and I love to dance! I have an associate's degree in applied science and have always loved learning new things. I work from home as a hybrid employee, which gives me the incredible flexibility to be present with my four kids while also doing what I love. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and my little family means everything to me.
