Hi, I’m Beth Duff, a proud spouse and parent to two wonderful kids. Our home is always full of energy, shared with our two cats and two colorful fish. We enjoy spending time together, whether it’s exploring the outdoors, having Nerf gun battles, or simply relaxing at home—family is at the center of everything I do.
Outside of the Brent Hershey State Farm office in Roanoke, VA, I also serve as a coach at the local YMCA, where I have the opportunity to mentor and encourage kids in our community. Coaching allows me to stay active while helping young people build confidence, teamwork, and resilience.
I chose a career in insurance because I believe in helping protect what matters most—family. I understand how important it is to feel prepared for life’s uncertainties, and I take pride in helping families explore coverage options that support their goals for the future.

Sabrina Billings is a proud Roanoke Valley native who lives in the area with her husband, Josh, and their beloved cats. She is deeply committed to serving her community, regularly volunteering and supporting organizations throughout Roanoke and Botetourt Counties. Whether personally or professionally, Sabrina strives to make a meaningful impact on those around her.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hollins University and an Associate’s degree from Virginia Western Community College. Sabrina is licensed in Property & Casualty and Life insurance and is also a certified Notary, allowing her to assist customers with a wide range of needs at the Brent Hershey State Farm office in Roanoke, VA.
Sabrina’s path into insurance was shaped by personal experience. After losing her mother to lung cancer in 2017, she saw firsthand how life insurance can help provide financial stability during difficult times. That experience continues to guide her work today, as she helps customers explore coverage options that support both their present and their future.
Her connection to the Brent Hershey Agency is also personal. Brent supported her during a major transition in her own insurance journey, which helped inspire her professional growth. Today, as COO, Sabrina combines her experience, leadership, and passion for community to support a team that values service, connection, and meaningful relationships throughout Roanoke.

Carrie Zigarac joined the Brent Hershey State Farm office in Roanoke, VA, in the fall of 2024, bringing with her a strong passion for helping others and a commitment to excellent customer service. As Service Manager, Carrie assists customers with a wide range of needs, including quotes, billing questions, coverage updates, account changes, and claims support. She is known for her friendly approach and dedication to making each interaction a positive experience.
With a background in education, Carrie transitioned into the insurance industry as a second career and quickly discovered her ability to connect with people and guide them through important decisions. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail make her a valued member of the team.
Originally from Michigan, Carrie has been married to her husband Jeff for over 30 years. They have two adult daughters and a son-in-law, all working in the medical field. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and creating meaningful memories together.

My name is Kayla, and I’m a wife and proud girl mom. When I’m not working at the Brent Hershey State Farm office in Roanoke, VA, you can usually find me reading a good book or spending time with my family making memories. I love animals, exploring new towns, thrifting, antique shopping, and dancing whenever I get the chance.
I hold an associate’s degree in applied science and have always enjoyed learning new things—science being my favorite subject, while math is not quite as high on the list. I chose to start a career in insurance because I wanted to make a difference by helping individuals and families understand their auto, home, and income protection options so they can feel more confident about the future.
Being part of the Brent Hershey team means a lot to me. It allows me to serve the same Roanoke community I grew up around while working alongside a group that truly values connection and involvement in local events. It feels like a family here, and I hope to make everyone I work with feel that same sense of care and belonging.

Chelsea Brenneman
Hi, I’m Chelsea Brenneman, the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for the Brent Hershey State Farm office serving Roanoke, VA. I’ve spent more than 10 years working across different areas of marketing, and I’ve developed a strong passion for using creativity to build meaningful connections while helping businesses grow their brand.
I work remotely as part of a hybrid team, which gives me the flexibility to be present with my four children while continuing to do work I truly enjoy. I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and my family is at the center of everything I do.
One of the things I appreciate most about being part of this team is the supportive, faith-centered environment. There is a genuine focus on caring for others and building strong relationships within the community, which I’m proud to contribute to through my role.
